The payment of expedited shipping pays for the speed at which a postal carrier delivers the shipment, not the speed at which the order is fulfilled. However, we will work to fulfill all orders as quickly as we can.
Delays incurred by a postal carrier fall on said postal carriers. We will do what we can to assist in locating a package, but our options of assistance are limited.
